Step-by-step: Ordering in the Webshop

1. Log in

Go to:

• shop.bondix.de

Use your shared company email (recommended).

2. Select products

Choose the required:

• Bondix Licenses
• Bondix Hosted Services
• Bondix License Subscription (coming soon!)

3. Complete payment

Supported payment methods:

• Credit Card
• PayPal
• Klarna (EU)
• Localized payment methods depending on region

4. Receive licenses instantly

After successful payment:

• License codes are issued immediately
• Codes are visible in your webshop account
• Ready for immediate use or customer hand-off

5. Manage licenses

In your webshop account you can:

• View all licenses and subscriptions
• Prepare customer hand-off
• Maintain full overview of purchases

Bondix Hosted Services

• Must always be purchased via the webshop
• Cannot be ordered via invoice/email
• Managed directly in your webshop account

Alternative: Purchase on Account (When to use)

Use only if:

• You order ≥25 licenses AND
• You require invoice-based purchasing

How it works

Include:

• Company details
• Billing information
• Product and quantity
• Project/customer reference

Limitations

• Delivery: up to 5 working days
• No instant license visibility in webshop
• No subscriptions available
• Not suitable for urgent orders

For clean customer ownership:

1. Create a dedicated customer email (e.g. customer@partner.com)
2. Use this email for ordering in the webshop
3. Log into my.bondix.cloud with this email
4. Set password and hand over credentials to the customer

How fast is delivery?

Can I mix webshop and invoice orders?

No. Use separate orders.

Why are invoice-based licenses not visible in the webshop?

They are not automatically synchronized.

Can subscriptions be invoiced?

No. Webshop only.
